Arrival feels like the start of something special, not a queue at a check-in desk. You’ll receive:

Wedding Experience Goodie Bag
The Elite Weddings & Events goodie bags are back. The first 50 couples through the door receive a specially prepared bag packed with useful wedding information, offers, inspiration and goodies from participating suppliers.
Wedding Experience Passport
Every couple receives a passport on arrival. Explore the event, visit participating suppliers and collect a stamp or sticker at each stand.
Collect 10 stamps from our suppliers as you go round and you can enter the event prize draw. It’s designed to help you explore the whole Wedding Experience and actually meet the suppliers.

Prizes are kindly donated by participating suppliers. Details will be announced closer to the event.
Capture your Wedding Experience
Every event has a chance for you to have your photo taken by the participating photo booth supplier — often as part of your arrival.

Every Wedding Experience is brought to life through content, giving couples and suppliers something to remember and share long after the event. A dedicated content creator captures the venue, arrivals, inspiration, suppliers, passport moments and behind-the-scenes short-form video.
