    At each Wedding Experience there are typically two suppliers per category, three photographers and one in selected categories. So you can actually talk to people, ask questions and compare options, without walking past the same type of business again and again.

    Every Wedding Experience takes place somewhere worth visiting. No generic exhibition hall: you get to explore a real wedding venue, see how the spaces work and picture your own day.

    Each showcase brings together a small, carefully selected group of wedding suppliers. Have a proper chat, see their work up close and decide for yourself who feels right.

    Your Wedding Experience Passport

    Pick up your passport when you arrive, collect 10 stamps from our suppliers as you go round, and pop it in the prize draw before you leave.

    Wedding Experience goodie bag

    A reusable Wedding Experience tote with useful wedding bits, offers and a few surprises. Goodie bags go to the first 50 couples through the door.

    The person behind it all

    Hi, I'm Cara

    I've been organising wedding fayres and wedding events for almost 20 years. In that time I've seen what works, and I've definitely seen what doesn't.

    I created The Wedding Experience because I wanted something that felt different. I wanted couples to walk into a wedding showcase and actually enjoy themselves, instead of feeling bombarded from every direction.

    And I wanted brilliant wedding businesses to have a real chance to stand out, rather than being one of dozens offering exactly the same thing. That's why every event has strict category caps.
