- Your name(s), email address and mobile number
- Wedding date, county, budget range, guest count and style preferences
- The suppliers and services you're interested in
- Any optional notes you submit through our forms
- Technical data (IP address, browser, device) for security and analytics
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Match you with relevant suppliers from our Elite Vow Collective
- Send you a confirmation of your enquiry
- Allow matched suppliers to contact you about your wedding
- Improve our services and respond to your queries
4. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
We rely on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) for sharing your details with suppliers and for marketing communications. For administrative correspondence about your enquiry we rely on legitimate interests.
5. Who we share data with
Your enquiry details are shared only with members of our Elite Vow Collective whose category and region match your requirements. We never sell your data. We use trusted processors (Lovable Cloud / Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments) that are GDPR compliant.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your wedding date so we can follow up on testimonials and reviews. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
